Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, I\u2019m always here to help. Thank you for your trust.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Hosting cancellation and data backup<\/h2>\n<p>When you cancel your hosting package, all data stored on the server will be deleted. It is therefore essential to create a backup of your website to ensure a smooth transition to a new provider. You can either create this backup yourself or request my assistance. The backup includes all relevant files from your website as well as the MySQL database associated with the content management system (CMS). I will save the backup both on a USB stick and on the server.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like me to carry out the backup for you, I offer the following service:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Backup creation (files and MySQL database): 660.00 CHF<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unless you inform me otherwise, I shall not take any further action. Please check for yourself what further steps are necessary in your specific case. I would be happy to offer advice.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Name server entries and domain transfer<\/h2>\n<p>Cancelling your hosting package requires you to update your nameserver records (DNS). The DNS is an important service that processes requests to resolve domain names, much like a directory enquiries service. If these settings are not updated, your website will no longer be accessible. Furthermore, all email accounts set up will be deactivated. If you need my help with adjusting the DNS records and transferring the domain, I offer the following services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Authcode for domain transfer: 330.00 CHF<\/li>\n<li>Amendment of DNS records: 110.00 CHF<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please decide for yourself whether these services are necessary in your situation. I can carry out these tasks for you, subject to your prior consent and payment.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Email backup<\/h2>\n<p>Changing your hosting provider may result in the loss of all your email data. To safeguard this information, you need to back up your email data. I offer the following service for this backup:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Email backup per email address: 165.00 CHF<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is up to you to decide whether you wish to make use of this service.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Rights to the results of work<\/h2>\n<p>Unless otherwise agreed, I retain the rights to all materials produced as part of my services, such as sketches, drafts, design proposals and the like. The client shall be granted a non-exclusive right of use upon full payment. Any further use requires my written consent.<\/p>\n<p>4.1 The sketches, drafts, design proposals, templates, originals, photographic works, generated data, data records (digitisation and data storage), data carriers and all other items produced shall remain the property of Swiss Media Design GmbH. The client may order any number of the aforementioned items and may dispose of them as they see fit.<\/p>\n<p>4.2 The intellectual property rights in the work product or the reproduction materials, in particular copyright, shall vest in Swiss Media Design GmbH, insofar as the work product or the reproduction materials have been produced through the artistic or creative work of Swiss Media Design GmbH and have not been derived from the documents and data provided by the client. The same applies to the sketches, drafts, design proposals, templates, originals, photographic works, generated data, data records (digitisation and data storage), data carriers and all other objects produced by Swiss Media Design GmbH in the course of fulfilling the order.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Diese K\u00fcndigungsrichtlinien gelten f\u00fcr alle Kunden der Swiss Media Design GmbH mit einem bestehenden Vertrag.
