The collaboration with RENUEL realEstate GmbH on the Kalkofen development in Oberegg was a project with a particular challenge: to market 17 flats that were yet to be built. The three timber-framed buildings will soon stand on St. Anton, the local mountain, featuring geothermal heating and a view stretching from the Rheintal to Lake Constance. With the new website, I have developed a platform that brings all this to life: visualisations, a virtual tour of the flats, an overview showing floor plans and the status of each unit, and a map of the location. Every page leads to a viewing, and every enquiry can be tracked.

A bespoke theme, as calm as the location: I developed a bespoke WordPress theme for Kalkofen, without a page builder. Dark pine green, a warm shade of gold and plenty of white space to let the images shine. The website loads quickly and works just as well on a mobile as it does on a large screen.

Visualisations instead of a building site: The houses are still under construction. To give prospective buyers an idea of what life at Kalkofen is like, I’ve created photorealistic images of the exterior and interior, as well as a video for the homepage. This gives an impression that no floor plan alone can convey.

A tour in pictures and words: Rather than room-by-room lists, the website conveys the atmosphere of the home. Short texts such as «From the kitchen to the living area» accompany the images, from the hallway to the living area.

Location on the map: An interactive map shows how quickly you can get from the Kalkofen to the main destinations in the surrounding area. Tap on a destination to see the journey time without leaving the page.

Overview of flats with status: For each building, a floor plan shows the location of each flat, alongside a list detailing the floor, number of rooms, floor area, price and status. You can see at a glance whether a flat is available, reserved or sold. The status is updated directly in the backend.

From the flat to the viewing: Each flat’s floor plan can be opened to enlarge it, downloaded as a PDF to take away, and shared via a link. Favourites are added to a wishlist, and a single click takes you to a viewing enquiry form for that specific flat. Enquiries, calls and downloads can be tracked in Google Analytics, but only once consent has been given via the cookie banner.

Die Zusammenarbeit mit der RENUEL realEstate GmbH für die Überbauung Kalkofen in Oberegg war ein Projekt mit einem besonderen Anspruch: 17 Eigentumswohnungen zu vermarkten, die erst entstehen.
