We first developed a modern and user-friendly website for Podologie & Beauty. The second step was to integrate a booking tool that allows customers to book their appointments online. The system is linked to a two-way Google calendar so that appointments are automatically synchronised and always up-to-date. Thanks to our marketing efforts, Podologie & Beauty has now received over 40 Google reviews, which has greatly improved online visibility. Currently, appointments are often fully booked 1-3 months in advance, so extensive advertising is hardly necessary.
Project objective: The aim was to strengthen Podologie & Beauty's online presence and make the booking process simple and convenient for customers. The combination of booking tool, calendar integration and positive reviews contributes to long-term customer satisfaction and efficient appointment management.
