My name is Shane Buchs, and I am the owner of Swiss Media Design GmbH in Buchs SG. For the past 12 years, I have been helping firms in Eastern Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Austria get found online and get more out of their digital presence.

Who you will meet
Operationally, I’m your sole point of contact. Behind the scenes, I’m supported by two people without whom the business wouldn’t run: my mum, Beatrix, who handles the finances, and Naila, the heart and soul of the office.
Your point of contact from concept to maintenance: web design, Google Ads, online shops and hosting, all under one roof. For the past twelve years, I’ve been creating digital presences that generate enquiries rather than just looking good. Trained in England, based in Buchs SG, and using modern tools to work faster than a whole team.
She works behind the scenes to ensure that invoicing, bookkeeping and administration run smoothly, so that I can focus fully on your projects. With her eye for detail and many years’ experience as a former managing director, she keeps track of everything and has all the figures under control, even during hectic periods.
A Shiba Inu with impeccable manners and a talent for cheerful moments. Her well-timed appearances in the background of video calls always get a laugh, she curls up in sunny corners for long naps, and she is always ready to raise a smile with a tilt of her head. The most important member of staff in the office.
