The collaboration with Textilcolor AG in Sevelen was a comprehensive and exciting project. The aim was to bring the company’s internal training programme up to date by moving it to a modern, digital platform. Today, over 80 staff members actively use the platform for their in-house training; knowledge tests are repeated annually to ensure that all learning records remain up to date. With the E-Portal 2.0, I have developed a central training platform on which staff can complete their compulsory training modules in a structured manner, regardless of their location. Knowledge tests are automatically marked, and upon successful completion, every employee receives a digital certificate featuring the Textilcolor branding, which is centrally archived in their own user profile. Authorised managers can monitor their teams’ training progress at any time via group overviews and reports.

Automatic certificate issuance: After each successfully completed knowledge test, the certificate is generated automatically in Textilcolor AG’s corporate design, with all relevant details, and archived centrally in the user profile.

Certificates available for download, individually and in bulk: Employees can download their certificates themselves from their user profile at any time. The HR department exports all certificates in one go via a bulk download and organises them in a structured manner for compliance purposes and audits.

Close cooperation: Working closely with Textilcolor AG, I have developed a platform that is precisely tailored to their internal processes. By delivering on-site admin training, I have ensured that the team can create and manage new training courses and tests entirely independently.
